    Booking a consultation or treatment.

    All new clients must book a consultation before any facial/skincare appointment. The fee for this appointment is redeemable against the price of any treatment booked after two weeks after your consultation appointment. The cost is non-refundable after two weeks.

    If you cancel any appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a 50% cancellation fee of treatment cost will occur.

    If you fail to turn up for your appointment then a 100% cost will occur.

    Your card details are taken safely and securely.

    I know things happen so the sooner you let me know then I can cancel or rearrange your appointment.

    No refunds are given at any point.

    Credit card Detail, Deposits and Payments

    I ask that the correct payment is made in full before or directly after your treatment. Charges can be taken with me via Card, Bank Transfer or Cash.

    Your payment methods will be recorded but not stored without permission from you.

    Treatment Course Packages

    All treatments purchased as a course package must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment or in agreed instalments. 

    All treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of date of purchase.

    All membership packages should run for a minimum of 12 months.

    No discount on membership or course packages.
